Quote StudioTerms of Use
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Quote Studio ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
2. What the app does
Quote Studio lets you browse built-in quotes in English, Hindi and Gujarati, design quote, caption, greeting and status images from templates or a blank canvas, and save or share them from your own device. It works offline and does not require an account.
3. Quotes, templates and images you create
The built-in quotes are original writing for Quote Studio, except a few lines marked in the app as traditional greetings or public-domain works. You may use the quotes, templates and decorations in the images you create, and use those images for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the app itself, or extract its quote collection, templates or fonts to offer them as a competing collection.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the text and photos you add to your designs and for how you share them. Only use photos and words you have the right to use, and do not create content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes anyone's rights.
5. Your data
Your designs are stored on your device. We are not able to recover data that is lost because a device is reset, lost or damaged, or the app is uninstalled. Images you save to your gallery are kept by your gallery. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Advertising and premium templates
The app is free to use and shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including banner, native and occasional full-screen ads. Full-screen ads never appear while you edit, export or share a design. Some premium templates can be unlocked by choosing to watch a rewarded video ad; an unlocked template stays unlocked on that device. There are no paid purchases in the app, and all core features are free.
7. Sharing to other apps
When you share to WhatsApp, Instagram or another app, that app's own terms apply. Quote Studio only hands over your image; it does not post on your behalf and is not affiliated with those services.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its ads.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. How a shared image appears can vary between apps and devices, for example when another app compresses or crops it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
