QR StudioTerms of Use
1. Acceptance
By installing or using QR Studio ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
2. What the app does
QR Studio helps you create, customise, scan, save, organise, export and share QR codes on your own device. It works offline and does not require an account.
3. Scanning and third-party content
QR codes you scan can contain links, phone numbers, messages, Wi‑Fi details and other content created by third parties. The app shows this content and lets you choose what to do with it; it never opens, calls, sends or connects automatically. Warnings about links are simple checks and cannot guarantee that any link or content is safe. You are responsible for deciding whether to act on scanned content.
4. Codes you create
You are responsible for the content you encode and for testing that your codes scan correctly before printing or distributing them. Custom colours, styles and logos can make codes harder to read; the app warns you about common risks but cannot test every scanner, printer or surface.
5. Your data and backups
Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. We are not able to recover data that is lost because a device is reset, lost, damaged or the app is uninstalled. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Advertising
The app is free to use and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are shown on limited screens and never cover the QR preview, the scanner, or the create and export flow.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create QR codes that lead to malware, phishing, fraud or other unlawful or misleading content, or for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data or harm resulting from content you scan or codes you distribute.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
