InvoiceFlow

Terms of Use

InvoiceFlow for Android · Effective 9 October 2026 · Publisher: Heet Gabani

1. Acceptance

By installing or using InvoiceFlow ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. What the app does

InvoiceFlow helps you create, manage, export and share invoices, quotations and related records on your own device. It works offline and does not require an account.

3. Not tax or legal advice

The app provides calculation tools and document formats for Indian GST and non-GST invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for choosing the correct tax treatment (including place of supply, reverse charge and exports), and for meeting your legal obligations. In particular:

4. Payments

Recording a payment in the app only updates your own records. The app does not collect, process or transfer money. UPI QR codes printed on invoices simply contain the UPI ID you entered.

5. Your data and backups

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. We are not able to recover data that is lost because a device is reset, lost, damaged or the app is uninstalled. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising

The app is free to use and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are shown on limited screens and never on the document editor, previews, exports or payment screens.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to create false, fraudulent or misleading documents, or for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, revenue or tax penalties, arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
