Hueloom

Terms of Use

Hueloom for Android · Effective 14 October 2026 · Publisher: Heet Gabani

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Hueloom ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. What the app does

Hueloom lets you create, customise, save, organise, export and share wallpapers on your own device, and set them as your home or lock screen wallpaper. It works offline and does not require an account.

3. Wallpapers you create

Wallpapers are generated on your device from the settings you choose. You may use the images you create for personal and commercial purposes, including the ready-made designs you remix. You may not resell or redistribute the app itself or present its built-in designs as a competing wallpaper collection.

4. Your data and backups

Your designs are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (Settings → Export project backup). We are not able to recover data that is lost because a device is reset, lost or damaged, or the app is uninstalled. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

The app is free to use and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads never appear while you edit, preview or save a wallpaper.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its ads.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results can vary between devices and launchers, for example in how a wallpaper is cropped. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
